- 8oz dark chocolate broken into small pieces
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- Ice cream to serve

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180*
Grease 5 ramekins.
Put the sugar, butter and chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place over a simmering pan of water.
Heat gently until everything has melted together then remove from the heat.
Give it a little whisk.
Add the egg yolks and whole eggs then beat well.
fold in the flour.
Pour into the ramekins and leave to chill in the fridge for about half an hour.
Remove from the fridge, place on a baking sheet and put straight into the oven for 10 mins or until the sponge just starts coming away from the sides and has risen.
Remove from the oven, leave to rest for a couple of mins then turn out onto dessert plates.
Serve with ice cream
If the mixture cooks for too long, you won't be left with the lovely gooey center so keep an eye on them!
