  • 115g butter
  • 115g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g plain flour
  • 200g white chocolate (chopped)
  • 115g fresh raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

melt the butter and stir with half the chocolate until smooth

Step 2

Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy and sieve flour in then combine with chocolate mixture.

Step 3

Add half remaining chocolate and half the raspberries. Pour into a lined square tin . sprinkle remaining chocolate and raspberries on top

Step 4

Bake for 35-45 minutes and leave to cool before cutting.

pre-heat oven to 190c, gas mark 5
