Ingredients
- 1 kilo Muscat Grapes
- 1 litre water
- 600g sugar
- Lemon juice
- Gelatine

Step 1
peel 1/3rd of the grapes and set aside, pour water over the remaining and bring to a gentle boil
Step 2
Simmer for 20 minutes before liquidising the mixture, strain and return to the pan. Loosely chop in the peeled grapes and add the sugar to the mixture along with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Step 3
Add sugar and heat until disolved before adding 2 gelatine strips which you have soaked in warm water to activate, and melt this into the mixture for setting.
Step 4
Boil steadily while stirring for 10 minutes before pouring into moulds and placing in the fridge.
Chop some glace cherries into your moulds for added colour and to step up the treat factor
