Tomatoes with ricotta and spices

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven the to 180 ° C.
Step 2
Cut the confits tomatoes into pieces.
Step 3
Mix in the ricotta in a bowl.

Add salt, pepper and cumin, paprika, raisins, Provençal herbs and pine nuts.

Mix with a spoon.

Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the tops. Hollow out the inside. Place the tomato pulp in a blender.

Salt and pepper the inside of the tomatoes and then add the stuffing and put the tops back on.

Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, add olive oil with the tomato pulp. Add salt and pepper and blend.
Step 10
Get your tomatoes from the oven and serve immediately while with a salad with tomato sauce as the dressing.
