Step 1
Melt 20 g of sugar in a warm coffee. Whisk the petits-suisses with 40 g of sugar. Whip 15 cl of cream into a whipped cream and fold into the above mixture. Gently heat the Nutella with 2 tbsp milk and the remaining cream (5 cl).
Step 2
Break into pieces four biscuits. Dip them in the coffee and quickly divide into four little glasses. Cover with the petit suisse cheese, and Nutella. Rotate the remaining ingredients and cool at least 1 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and serve. A delight!!
