- 175g very soft Butter
- 175g Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 175g Self Raising Flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 70g Coconut
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 125g Raspberries
- Vanilla Buttercream
- 280g Icing Sugar
- 100g Butter, very soft
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1-2 tbsp Milk
