Robert Jacob
A Classicly trained Chef, Culinary instructor and Food writer, having worked in some of Dublin and london Michelin * establishments. Following an Award winning career as a designer, Robert swapped high fashion for fine dinning and to pursue his real love of food and wine. He currently hosts Culinary skills classes at The Cookery School at Donnybrook Fair as well as uses his experience in mentoring the industry.
Robert has made numerous television & radio appearances to date including RTE, BBC NI , TV3, Dublin South FM & East Coast FM. He also hold a Diploma in Journalism and his work has been featured in some of the leading magazine and newspapers in Ireland .
