The Eighth PeaHello, I´m Ollie. I come from a family who love to eat, drink and cook. Growing up in the south of Spain to Swiss, Italian and American parents made our meals an interesting mix of glazed BBQ ribs to paella, schnitzel and vitello tonnato.
I recently produced a cookbook where each of the 15 members of my immediate family (I have seven siblings) submitted recipes. It was a great way of collecting the classic household favorites as well as adding a few new ones into the mix.
This is where The Eighth Pea originates from, it´s an extension of my ´family cookbook´, an outlet to share the recipes I have collected over years from my unique family as well as new ones I explore.
