Jo is not a chef or a photographer, and has nicknamed herself ‘The Hungry Blogger’ as food is not usually around long enough for a good photo. However, while Jo’s food may not always look the best, it is always tasty. Jo is a Mummy to Thomas (born 29/10/2011) and she is writing about the adventures of parenting on her second blog, Jo’s Nursery.(www.josnursery.co.uk) Jo is pregnant with her second child (due early January 2014).
