Step 1
Preheat oven 210°C.
In a bowl, combine the walnuts, oil, cream, salt and pepper. Reserve.
In a flan tin, spread out the ready-made pastry. Crumble the Roquefort evenly over the pastry. Pour in the mixture, then sprinkle with grated cheese, or parmesan if you want the taste to be stronger.
Step 2
Place the second pastry on top of the and press all the edges together. Beat the egg yolk and baste the pastry.
Bake about 30 minutes.
