  • meat already cooked (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.)
  • vegetables (leafy greens-but not salad greens tend to work well and cook fast)

Preparation

Step 1

Bowl a pot of water and add ramen when water is bubbling.

Step 2

Add the meat and any greens of choice 1 minute in.

Step 3

Crack egg on top of ramen with meat and veggie mixture 3 minutes in.

Step 4

By the fourth minute take the ramen off the stove and garnish with green onions.
