Preparation

Step 1

Pour 4 teaspoons of hot chocolate mixture into your mug, and follow this with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Spray whipped cream to entirely fill the mug, take your spoon and stir this into the powder, this will break down the cream to a light chocolatey base mixture like coffee houses have prepared ready for service.

Step 2

Boil the kettle and pour your hot water into the mixture slowly mixing during the entire process, if you wish to boil some milk to have the true coffee house experience feel free to do so.

Step 3

Spray a thin layer of whipped cream on top for decoration and sprinkle a further spoonful of the chocolate powder onto this

Serve and enjoy

Sugar brings out the chocolatey flavour and is definately a requirement to fully enjoy the best chocolate, its chocolate you're already treating yourself don't ruin it by selling it short.

If you're feeling up to experimentation try adding some malteasers or marshmallows to the top
