low fat spring rolls

homemade spring rolls made with pasta sheets and filling of your choice
Ingredients
- 8 pasta sheets
- sliced chicken or vegetables,
- tikka sauce or whichever sauce you prefer
- peppers,
- mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to boil and add pasta sheets and cook till soft
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, mushrooms, peppers (or a selection of veg if you are not using meat). Cook till meat is browned or veg is soft and add the sauce of your choice.
Step 3
Remove pasta sheets from water and leave to cool slightly
Step 4
Take your mixture, place in the pasta sheet and roll. Place on a baking tray and cook in pre heated oven at 180oc for 20 mins or until crispy
Step 5
Serve with rice or salad.
Enjoy!
Make sure the pasta sheets are soft not al dente as they will be easier to roll.
