Granny loves Granddad so much that she will cook him this dish even though she hates the smell of it cooking
- 1Ib 4oz undyed smoked haddock fillet skinned
- 1Ib 4oz peeled potatoes
- 8oz washed baby spinach
- 6 hard boiled eggs peeled and quartered
- 300ml (10fl oz) milk
- 2oz butter
- 20oz flour
- 200ml tub crème fraiche
- salt and pepper
- 3oz cheddar
- juice of half a lemon
Fish Pie in 10 Easy Steps

Preheat oven to 230°C
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and diced into 2.5cm squares
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely chopped

- 285ml double cream
- 2 large handfuls of grated mature Cheddar cheese
- 1 lemon (juice)

- 25g/1oz Butter, (diced)
- 2-3 Spring Onions or 3 teaspoons of chopped Chives
- 1 Egg separated & 1 Egg whole
- 50g/2oz mixed seeds (I add some breadcrumbs too)
