Ingredients
- Perfect for drizzling over brownies and gingerbread and ice cream! (Why not all at once?!)

- 325g / 13oz granulated sugar
- 100g / 4oz light brown soft sugar
- 100g / 4oz cocoa powder
- 25g / 1oz plain flour
- 397g / 14oz can of condensed milk
- 250ml / 9fl oz water
- 30g / 1oz butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Step 1
Chuck in the sugar, cocoa powder and flour into a saucepan.
Step 2
Pour in the milk, water and butter and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Step 3
Once boiling, keep stirring and boiling for a further five minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla essence.
Step 5
Ready to serve!
Make sure the milk doesn't burn by ensuring you don't stop stirring, can you feel the music, DJ's got us going around, 'round....
