Ingredients
- 150g white chocolate
- 240 ml milk
- 125 ml whipping cream ( I used low fat, so it not make a proper whipped cream, but it actually did not make a difference to the recipe)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour the hot milk over the chocolate and stir well to melt.
Cool completely and then add the whipped cream.
Step 3
Pour into an ice cream maker.
When the ice cream has set, pour into a tupperware container (that can go in the freezer) and chill in the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving.
