- 2 yoghurts (plain or fruit of your choice)
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr flour
- butter for the cooking

Step 1
In a small bowl add the eggs and yoghurt, mix well and add the flour.
Step 2
When smooth and free of lumps, heat a little butter in a pan.
Step 3
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan.
When golden brown flip over and cook the other side. Repeat until all your batter is finished.
