- Tamarind Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika Powder - 1/4 teaspoon

- Fish Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken breast (cut into strips) - 225 g
- Bean Sprouts - 2 1/2 cups
- Spring Onions - 4 to 5 (chopped)
- Birds eye Red Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
- Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves (finely chopped)

- Egg - 1 (beaten with a little salt)

- Crushed Peanuts - 3 tablespoons
- Chilli Flakes - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
