- 1 135g individual camembert
- 1 320g packet of ready rolled puff pastry
- For the chutney:
- Tomato chutney
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 a red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tea spoon chilli flakes
- 2 tea spoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tea spoon fresh lemon thyme
Chilli chocolate and bean soup

Hot, spicy rich mexican inspired soup
- 1 tin kidney beans
- 1 tin pinto beans
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 400ml vegetable stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green chillis
- 2 tea spoons ground cumin
- 2 tea spoons ground coriander
- 2 tea spoons paprika
- 1/2 tea spoon cinammon
- 4 squares of good quality dark chocolate (I used Green and Black's)
- 8 taco shells
- 8 tablespoon yogurt
- 4-6 handfuls of grated cheddar
