Pepper Paneer (Indian cottage cheese with Pepper)

I have tried out another vegetarian recipe with Indian cottage cheese (Paneer)
- 200gm Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- 3-4 Medium Pepper (Green/Yellow/Red) (Washed)
- 2 or 3 Green Chillies
- 1 pc Tomato (big)
- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup (optional)
- 5-6 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil
- Spices:
- Cummin Whole(Jeera): 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon (Darchini): 1/4 of a stick
- Cardamom (Elaichi): 3 small one
- Clove (Labongo/laung): 3
- Garam Masala: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder (Jeera): 1 table-spoon
- Turmeric powder (Halud/Haldi): 1 tea-spoon
- Bay Leaves Whole (Tejpata): 3-4 (optional)
- Sugar: 1 tea-spoon
- Water
- Salt to Taste
Spinach and Chickpea Bhajee

Heat the oil and fry the spring onions and garlic for 2 minutes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 420g tin of chickpeas
- 8oz/250g spinach per person
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp mild curry paste

This recipe for pilaf always turns out well
- 1 1/2 onions, sliced
- taj, lawung, mari, bay leaves (2-3 of each)
- 1 tsp whole jeeru
- 3 1/2 cups rice
- 1 chicken, cleaned and washed
