Step 1
Grease a 7 inch pan and line with paper. Then spray with oil to stick it on. Preheat the oven to 176c 350f.
Step 2
Beat the eggs until triple in volume. Micorwave the Nutella for 20 seconds to make it softer. Add 1/3 of the egg mixture. Gently stir with a spatula until all the egg is mixed in. Pour in the remaining egg and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Poor into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before served to develop the chocolate flavour.
