Ingredients

  • 200g mixed frozen fruits (more economical than fresh - defrost at room temp for around 5 hours)
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 60g low fat margarine
  • 50g oats
  • 75g plain flour

Preparation

Step 1

1) in a saucepan warm the berries through with the caster sugar for around 5 minutes
2) rub the margarine with the flour and oats with your thumbs to make a breadcrumb like texture
3) pour the berries into a oven proof dish then sprinkle the crumble ontop and bake in a preheated oven (150c) for around 30 minutes
4) serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
