  • Vanilla Ice cream - 3 to 4 scoops
  • Ginger - 1/4 inch (grated)
  • Honey - 2 teaspoon (if necessary)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and dice the mangoes. Place the diced mangoes with the whole milk, grated ginger and vanilla ice cream in a blender.

Step 2

Blend well till smooth. Serve chilled in glasses.

Use a fine grater to grate the ginger.
Use mango flavoured ice cream for a richer flavour.
If you prefer the milkshakes on the runnier side, reduce the amount of ice cream or add more milk.
Experiment with ice cream flavors and be pleasantly surprised with the results.
