Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in separate bowls using a microwave. (They can be melted over pans of hot, but not boiling, water but a microwave is quicker and easier) Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Step 2
Use a teaspoon and a cocktail stick to fill the patterned areas of the mould. (See picture)
Step 3
Carefully fill the remainder of the mould with a contrasting colour chocolate.
OPTIONAL: Also poke a couple of mini marshmallows into the hole
Step 4
ALTERNATIVE TO STEPS 2 and 3:
Swirl two contrasting colour chocolates together for a second or two and pour into the mould to give a cool swirly effect.
Step 5
Place mould in the fridge until chocolate has set.
Step 6
OPTIONAL: Use any leftover melted chocolate (may need to be remelted by this point) to stick two egg halves together.
Step 7
Return to the fridge until set again. Then serve and enjoy!
