Mimosa

By

Great for brunch, especially the day after a wedding when you've got a terrible hangover, and everyone thinks that there's no way champagne and orange juice could possibly taste good together!

Step 2

Great for brunch, especially the day after a wedding when you've got a terrible hangover, and everyone thinks that there's no way champagne and orange juice could possibly taste good together!

If you start with the champagne, then the cocktail mixes itself and the glass doesn't get sticky. Doing it the other way around means you have to stir, which makes the champagne become flat.

Also make sure that both ingredients are very cold before mixing.
