Ingredients

  • 1.5cl grapefruit juice
  • 0.5cl lemon juice
  • 0.5cl sugar cane syrup
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1cl Campari
  • 4cl Vodka
  • A dash of Angostura bitters

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker completely with ice.

Step 2

Add the grapefruit, lemon juice and sugar cane syrup.

Step 3

With your fingers, quickly tear up the mint leaves and add to the shaker.

Step 4

Add the Campari and the Vodka. Top with a dash of Angostura and garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit a mint leaf. Serve in the shaker.

Make sure all the ingredients have been refrigerated for at least 2 hours before making the cocktail, that way they don't melt the ice.
