Ingredients
- 5cl chili or jalapeno infused agave Tequila (for example, the El Jimador brand or make your own!)
- 2cl fresh lime juice
- 2cl agave syrup or agave honey
- 15 fresh coriander leaves
- 4 slices of fresh cucumber
- ice
- This is a favorite cocktail from Candelaria.

Preparation
Step 1
In an old-fashioned glass, put 4 or 5 extra large ice cubes so that the glass is completely filled (and even has a bit of ice poking out). Think iceberg.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker, add the lime juice and agave.
Step 3
Add the cucumber (save 1 slice for later) and coriander and crush with a pestle until they have released their aromas.
Step 4
Top with the Tequila and pour into the glass. Decorate with a slice of cucumber.
