Step 1
Put ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add tequila, grapefruit juice and lime juice according to how sour you want it to be.
Step 2
Top with a splash of tonic water and sugar cane syrup to sweeten it up, according to taste.

Garnish with a slice of lime or grapefruit.
