  • 500g of baking potatoes (peeled and grated)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a the pan on medium heat.

Step 2

While the pan is heating, grate your potatoes and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using paper towels.

Step 3

Pop the grated potatoes into the pan and spread them evenly along the bottom.

Step 4

Add salt and pepper over the potato layer and when the potato is golden brown on one side flip it over.

Step 5

So easy to make, and even easier to eat!
