Kinder Bueno cupcakes

Ingredients
- Cupcakes
- 250g butter
- 100g hazelnuts chopped
- 200g caster sugar
- 120g self-raising flour
- 30g packets white chocolate powder
- 2 eggs
- 60mls milk
- Chocolate buttercream frosting
- 225g butter
- 200g icing sugar
- 175g milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Put cupcake cups into two muffin trays, or grease two muffin trays.
Step 2
With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Crack in the eggs, and pour into the mix, constantly stirring.
Step 3
Add the flour, white chocolate mix and ground hazelnuts, and mix well.
Add the milk and stir.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cups and bake for 15 -20 minutes.
Step 5
When the cupcakes have cooled completely, take the poke a small hole in each of thier centres and fill with a teaspoon of melted Kinder Bueno.
Step 6
Icing
Beating the butter and icing sugar together until smooth, then add the chocolate and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes or more.
Step 7
Use a piping bag to put a big swirl of buttercream icing on top of the cupcakes and top it off with a square of Kinder Bueno chocolate bar.
Try not to eat all the Kinder Bueno before cooking with it!
