- Bag of fresh rocket, watercress and baby spinach
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan
- Ciabatta loaf
- New Potatoes

Step 1
Take a large serving platter and scatter with rocket, watercress and baby spinach.
Step 2
Using rump or sirloin, season and fry the steak for as long as necessary. I like mine rare so a couple of minutes each side is enough. Rest for 10 minutes and slice thinly. Arrange the steak on the bed of salad and drizzle with a little olive oil, parmesan shavings and toasted diced ciabatta bread. Serve with homemade salsa verde and buttered new potatoes.
