Lamb Steaks with hoummous and new potatoes

Ingredients
- 500g New potatoes
- 2 lamb leg steaks
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of cherry tomatoes on the vine
- 3tbsp hoummous
- a small handful of chopped flatleaf parsley chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, until tender.
Step 2
After 5 minutes heat the griddle pan.
Step 3
Season the lamb steaks and cook to your liking, adding the tomatoes halfway through and cook until they are bursting.
Step 4
When the potatoes are ready, drain well and return to the pan. Gently crush with a potato masher.
Step 5
Stir through the hoummous and parsley. Season well.
Step 6
Serve with the lamb and tomatoes.
