- 200g butter
- 400g sugar
- 60g cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 200g plain flour

Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saucepan and take off heat

Stir in sugar and cocoa
Step 3
Beat in eggs
Step 4
Stir in flour
Step 5
Pop into a deep baking tray lined with foil or parchment
Step 6
Pop in oven untill it looks cooked but still showing on a knife test
Step 7
Take out of oven, cut up, leave to cool a little and enjoy!
Change flour to seft raising and add a teaspoon of baking piwder fir a deliciously moist chocolate cake.
