Ingredients
- * 1 cup butter, softened
- * 2 cups sugar
- * 2 eggs
- * 2 cups buttermilk
- * 4 cups flour
- * 2 teaspoons baking soda
- Cinnamon Sugar topping
- * 2/3 cup sugar
- * 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter, 2 cups of sugar and eggs.
Step 2
Add milk, flour, and baking soda.
Step 3
Put 1/2 of batter into greased loaf pans (1/4 in each pan).
Step 4
Mix in a separate bowl the 2/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture on to of the 1/2 batter in each pan.
Step 5
Add remaining batter to pans and sprinkle with the last of the cinnamon topping.
Step 6
Swirl with a knife and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick tester comes out clean.
Step 7
Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
