Ingredients
- Crust:
- Tennis or nice biscuits
- butter
- filling:
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 500 ml milk
- 15 ml butter
- 2 large eggs (separated)
- 50g corn flour
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- cinnamon for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
for base:
melt butter and crust biscuits and combine together and press into a tin. chill until set
Step 2
for filling:
in a saucepan melt butter and add condensed milk and milk and bring to a soft boil. add egg yolks to corn flour and mix to a paste and add to saucepan. as the mixture thickens add vanilla. leave to cool slightly
Step 3
whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into cooled milk mixture then transfer onto base. level the top and sprinkle with cinnamon. leave to set overnight
