Ingredients
- 6oz strong white bread flour
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 120ml warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- tomato puree and your chosen topping ingrdients
- mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl or food processor with a dough hook attchemnt add and mix in the warm water and the oil. kneed until smoth and strechy and springs back when poked. Roll out into pizza bases and Leave to rise for 40-60 minutes or until doubled in size somewhere warm
Step 2
top the bases with tomato puree and your chosen topping ingredients amd mozzarella, sprinkle with salt and bake following the timings for each topping 18-20 mins for a large pizza or until the crust is crisp and the topping is bubbling.
