  • 150g raspberries
  • 1 egg
  • 40g sugar
  • 100ml double cream
  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Step 1

Heat the cream and pour over the chocolate in order to make a ganache.

Step 2

Mix sugar and the egg to make a mousse-like substance

Step 3

Pour the ganache into the egg and sugar mixture. Mix well.

Step 4

Pour into buttered ramekins. Gently stir in raspberries. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Step 5

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 min. Cool, and serve, or eat warm if you can't wait!
