Step 1
Sweat the onions. When mostly cooked, add garlic. Chop vegetables and boil water. Add the vegetables to the onion and garlic. Put the boiling water in a large saucepan.
Step 2
Add enough pasta for 3 people to the boiling water, with salt and a tiny bit of oil. Put the chopped tomatoes in the frying pan with the vegetables. Stir frequently until pasta is cooked.
Step 3
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and leave it on the side. Add the cream cheese to the sauce (about half a container) and stir until combined. Mix with the pasta and serve with a grating of cheese.
