- half cup dried cranberries or chopped dates
- quarter cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 cup crushed mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- half cup traditional porridge oat
- 1 tsp salt

Add all the ingredients to a large tupperware box and shake. That's all there is to it!
Have a little fun and add anything you fancy, just put it in a big tupperware box and give it a good shake. Serve with almond milk.
