Preparation
Step 1
Remove the zest from the lemon with a vegetable peeler and slice thinly.
Step 2
Peel and crush the garlic clove.
Step 3
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Step 4
Then place the chunks of meat in the bowl and marinate for at least two hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Skewer the meat and cook on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve on a bed of salad.
