Preparation
Step 1
Place the pear halves in a dish large enough to put them side by side.
Step 2
Measure the juice.
Add the mint cream : half the quantity of the pear juice. For example: Add 1/2 a cup of mint cream for 1 cup of juice.
Step 3
Cover the pears.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 12 hours (turn the pears over after 6 hours) and you will see that your pears are now green!
