- 1 Roast pork tenderloin,
- 3 leeks,
- 8 carrots,
- 1 courgette,
- 10 medium potatoes,
- Mustard,
- 1 red onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 vegetable stock cube,
- Thyme.
