The Ulster Fry
While not exactly the healthiest of dishes, the Ulster Fry is something of a national dish here in Northern Ireland. It differs from other frys in that it has home made potato and soda bread rather than toast. It is quick, easy to make and will fill you for hours.

- thick Irish sausages and smoked back bacon. Fresh free range eggs

Add sausages and bacon to frying pan and cook for ten minutes.
