everything is here described as crumble apple pie , but simplified and with cheese . It simply can not fail !!!

  • 1 packet of butter (180g)
  • 2 cups flour
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 500 gr. 9 percent. fat cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 big apples

Apple crumble pie with cottage cheese - Step 1

1. Peel apples and remove all the seeds.
2. Mix eggs with 10tbs of sugar,then put cottage cheese and mix until it's smooth and creamy.
3.When curd is ready, I do the dough.
4. Rub butter into the flour until it's fluffy powder snow.Then add some sugar. It has to be sweet but not too sweet:))))
5.Distributes all the snow into two piles , pile a little higher place in the bottom of the baking tray and evenly distribute on the ground pour the curd.
6.Put thin apple slices on the cheese and sprinkle some cinnamon and a bit of sugar.
7.Once this is done, top the cake with a thin layer sprinkled with the remaining dough.
8.Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for an hour on the lowest level.
