Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the ready made puff pastry in a flan tin and prick the base with a fork.
Peel and core the apples. Cut into thin slices and place on the pastry base. Place the tin in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the tart.
Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl. Knead the dough with your fingertips to get a lumpy crumble. Spread the crumble topping on top of the apples. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
