Ingredients
- 500 g of seitan wheat gluten (you should find it in health food shops)
- 400 ml of fresh fruit juice
- filtered and sweetened according to your taste

Step 1

Mix the gluten and fruit juice into a paste the same consistency as modeling clay.
Step 2
Take a peice, roll it into a small ball...and chew! This chewing gum is great for kids because there is no harm swallowing it when you're finished!
Step 3
And there you go...homemade chewing gum!
Step 4
This chewing gum can be stored in a glass of water, taking peices whenever you feel like it. You can also add food colouring to the mixture if you want to make it more colourful.
