Cut the tuna into very thin slices (you can put it in the freezer for a few minutes to make it easier to slice).
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
Add sea salt and ground pepper.
Place in the fridge for ½ an hour to make sure it is cold before serving on each plate, accompanied with a salad.
