Step 1

Using a whisk, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the flour and continue whisking.
Step 2

Then add the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Step 3

Pour the batter into the tin cavities (mini tart tins). Bake at 180 ° C from 10 to 12 minutes. Then, once out of the oven, crush the centre of the cake (I used a spice jar lid).
Step 4

Unmould and garnish with whatever you desire..!
Step 5

Nutella, chestnut cream or any kind of jam!
