Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Unroll the pastry in a tin, prick and bake, plain, for 15 mins.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, fromage blanc and parsley. Salt and pepper.
- Wash and cut the courgettes into julienne strips and sliced olives. Spread onto the base of the pre-cooked pastry and pour over the previous mixture
on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Serve hot
