Ingredients

  • Space cakes:
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Crisco
  • ½ cup cannabutter, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon extract
  • Frosting:
  • Just buy a pot of Betty Crocker fluffy white frosting because by this stage, you'll probably be too hungry to wait!

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Space Cakes
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl and put aside.

In another large bowl, mix the sugar and Crisco with the cannabutter (Check out my other recipes to see how to make cannabutter).

Step 2

Crack the eggs, add the milk, add vanilla and lemon extract, and mix together with the flour mixture. Really give it a good stir.

Step 3

Grease up a muffin baking tray and fill a little over halfway with the mixture.

Bake for about 1 hour, but check after 45 mins because burning these baby would equal some serious disappointed.


Let your space cakes cool before you lather the frosting on top.

Frost up and serve!
